Software Engineer

Full-time / Contract · Remote

You'll build full-stack products for our clients from spec to production — designing APIs and data models, shipping polished React/Next.js interfaces, and owning features end to end. Expect real ownership, close collaboration with senior engineers, and variety across AI, Web3, cloud, and commerce work.

What you'll do

Ship full-stack features across the front end, API, and database
Turn product requirements into clean, tested, maintainable code
Design pragmatic APIs, data models, and third-party integrations
Review peers' code and help uphold our engineering standards
Work directly with clients to scope, build, and deliver

What we're looking for

2+ years building production web applications
Strong TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js
Solid grasp of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and REST APIs
A bias for quality: testing, readability, and performance
Clear written communication in a remote, async team

Nice to have

Cloud (AWS/Vercel), CI/CD, or DevOps experience

AI / ML Engineer

Full-time / Contract · Remote

You'll take AI from prototype to production — building LLM-powered features, RAG systems, and autonomous agents, then making them reliable with evaluation, guardrails, and fine-tuning. You'll work across the stack to put real AI in front of real users.

What you'll do

Design and ship LLM-powered features, RAG systems, and agents
Build evaluation harnesses and guardrails for quality and safety
Fine-tune and optimize models where it moves the needle
Integrate AI into full-stack products and client systems
Track and adopt advances in a fast-moving ecosystem

What we're looking for

Strong Python and solid software-engineering fundamentals
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Claude) and RAG
Familiarity with embeddings and vector databases
Understanding of evaluation, prompting, and model trade-offs
A track record of shipping, not just prototyping

Nice to have

PyTorch, fine-tuning, or MLOps experience

Data Engineer

Full-time / Contract · Remote

You'll own the data foundation — building the pipelines, warehouses, and models that turn messy, raw data into reliable, real-time, AI-ready insight for our clients and our own AI products.

What you'll do

Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines
Model and manage data warehouses for analytics and ML
Ensure data quality, reliability, and observability
Enable real-time and batch analytics for clients
Prepare and serve datasets for AI/ML workloads

What we're looking for

Strong SQL and Python
Experience with a warehouse (BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift) and dbt
Building robust ETL/ELT and streaming pipelines
Data modeling and query performance tuning
A reliability mindset and clear documentation

Designer

Full-time / Contract · Remote

You'll own product and brand design across our work — shaping UX flows, building design systems, and sweating the details that make a product feel premium. You'll partner closely with engineers to ship designs exactly as intended.

What you'll do

Design end-to-end product experiences, from flows to polished UI
Build and maintain reusable design systems
Craft brand and marketing visuals when needed
Partner with engineers to ship pixel-accurate work
Turn ambiguous ideas into clear, usable designs

What we're looking for

A strong portfolio of shipped product and/or brand work
Mastery of Figma and modern design-system practices
Excellent visual craft: type, layout, color, and motion
Ability to collaborate with engineers and iterate quickly
Comfort in a remote, feedback-driven team
