• AI assistant messages — the questions you type into the on-site assistant are processed to generate a response.
• Basic technical data — like standard server logs (for example, IP address, browser type, and pages requested) that our hosting provider records to keep the Site secure and reliable.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you
• Review and manage job applications
• Operate, maintain, and secure the Site and the AI assistant
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site, and only as needed for them to perform their services:

• OpenAI — powers the AI assistant. The messages you send to the assistant are transmitted to OpenAI to generate responses.
• Resend — delivers contact-form and job-application submissions (including your resume) to our email inbox.
• hCaptcha — provides spam protection on our forms and processes the data needed to distinguish humans from bots.
• Our hosting provider — serves the Site and maintains standard server logs.
• Legal and safety — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

4. Cookies and analytics

The Site is designed to work without tracking you across the web. We do not use advertising cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the Site to function. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — for example, keeping application materials for as long as needed to evaluate candidates — and then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed there and in the locations of our service providers. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries.
