1. About us and our services

BriskIT LLC is a software consulting agency. The Site is an informational and marketing website. Any paid engagement, consulting, or development work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Brisk IT; nothing on the Site constitutes such an agreement or an offer to enter into one.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malware or harmful code

• Misuse the AI assistant or submission forms (for example, to send spam, abusive, or unlawful content)

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — are owned by or licensed to BriskIT LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Product names, brands, and case studies referenced on the Site may belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

4. AI assistant

The Site offers an AI chat assistant to answer general questions about Brisk IT. The assistant is provided for convenience only, may produce inaccurate or incomplete information, and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information through the assistant. For anything important, contact us directly at support@briskit.io.

5. Submissions

If you submit information to us — for example, through the contact details or a job application form — you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us permission to review, store, and use it for the purpose for which it was provided (such as evaluating a job application or responding to an inquiry).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
