Overview
SpiritSwap is a full DeFi ecosystem on the Fantom Opera network — swap, farm, stake, bridge, and govern in one place. We helped build and evolve the protocol and dApp, scaling it to a community of 60,000+ users with near-zero fees and industry-leading swap times.
The challenge
Capital efficiency and trust were everything. The protocol needed an AMM that could compete with concentrated-liquidity exchanges, a tokenomics model that rewarded long-term holders over mercenary capital, and a swap experience fast and cheap enough to win Fantom users — all while clearing rigorous security audits.
Our solution
We shipped a V3 AMM powered by Algebra for concentrated liquidity and dynamic fee tiers, combined a custom stable-swap with an upgraded uniV2 pool, and built the inSPIRIT vote-escrow system for boosted yields, fee revenue sharing, and on-chain governance. LI.FI SDK integration unlocked cross-chain swaps with optimized routing, and the contracts were audited by Zokyo and PeckShield.
